One thing that I can not imagine summer without, is ice cream. I really love ice cream and could eat it all year around but there something about having it in the summer. It reminds me of my friends, family and other fun memories. Also after a long day of thrifting and shopping, nothing can be better than an ice cream cone. One thing I couldn't live without is handmade jam. Summer means the farmer's market is filled with all kinds of amazing jams, especially here in the south where making jam is a family pasttime every child has a memory of. Even Etsy sellers start showcasing their best, like this jalapeno apricot jam that is seriously sinfully delicious!
